At the.manipulative.mama, I strive to provide high-quality educational consulting and tutoring services. Please read the following refund policy before purchasing or booking services.

1. Consultations

​

• Paid consultations are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled and confirmed.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your session fee.

2. Tutoring Services

​

• Package sessions or single tutoring sessions must be paid in advance to secure your time slot.

• Refunds are available only if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may not be refunded but can be rescheduled at the tutor’s discretion.

3. Digital Products or Resources

​

• All digital resources, guides, or materials purchased through the website are non-refundable.

• These materials are delivered immediately after purchase, so refunds are not possible once access is granted.

4. How to Request a Refund

​

• If you qualify for a refund, please email the.manipulative.mama@gmail.com with your purchase details.  Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Exceptions

​

• Refunds are granted at the discretion of the.manipulative.mama for special circumstances not covered above.
